As a Social Worker for the past twenty years, Jen has worked with adults with chronic health conditions, disabilities, aging related concerns, and caregivers. She believes that we all deserve to live our most fulfilling life and would love to support you on your journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors.
